Your comments about how people choose to behave (take action or freeze in panic) in these uncertain times is relevant to every aspect of their lives.  What you say is exactly the message I try to deliver to my advisory clients about their investments.  Sure a double dip recession is possible, to be specific about 25 - 30 percent chance of that outcome.

Yes a double dip recession will be bad, but so will doing nothing and missing out on the more probable slow process of recovery.  Baby steps....
